Black Friday's inbox, absorbed

Campaign spikes hit chat and social first — the agent holds the line with consistent answers while your team handles exceptions.

The story

Order questions stopped hiding the product questions.

A specialist web shop's inbox mixed delivery-status messages with compatibility, returns and product-selection questions. Staff spent time copying tracking states while a visitor ready to buy waited for help choosing the right item.

SayTrue answers policy and product facts from approved entries, performs only the read-only catalogue or order lookups the shop enables, and links the relevant page. If compatibility is uncertain, the agent says so and captures the visitor's need for the team instead of inventing a match or changing the cart.

The result is a traceable path from question to source, product link or specialist request. Merchandisers keep control of catalogue facts and policies, support keeps control of exceptions, and the gap report identifies the product questions that deserve a clearer fitment entry next.

How the web shop sets it up

  1. Structure product and policy knowledgeProduct families, fit, delivery, returns and warranty boundaries become approved entries.
  2. Connect safe lookupsEnable only read-only catalogue, stock or order-status lookups and log every call.
  3. Install the widgetOne script tag puts the same grounded agent beside the product catalogue.
  4. Test uncertaintyAsk about a fit that is not documented and verify the agent captures a lead instead of guessing.

Product facts, policies and permitted lookups form one visible answer surface.

What buyers in this trade ask us

How does the order-status lookup actually work?

A read-only connector to your shop's API: the visitor gives an order number, the agent looks it up with a GET request, and the transcript logs the call and the response. The agent cannot change, cancel or refund an order — looking is the whole permission.

Which shop platforms does it support?

Anything with an HTTP API that can answer a read-only request. Connectors are configured per shop during onboarding, and each lookup is enabled by a human — bring your platform's name to the demo for a straight answer.

Can it process a return?

It explains your returns policy exactly and captures the return request with order details for your team; executing the return stays in your shop system. The agent's honesty about that boundary is what keeps your books clean.

Does it work in our webshop's languages?

Croatian first, other shop languages configured with fallback. The widget chrome ships localized, and the agent answers in the language the customer writes.
