Chat on your site, grounded in your knowledge.

One script tag adds a widget that answers from the same approved knowledge as your phone line — and hands over to your team the moment it shouldn't answer alone.

One script tag, nothing to build

The widget is plain JavaScript in an isolated frame — no build tools, no framework requirements, no interference with your site.

The same brain as every other channel

Web chat, phone and social answer from one knowledge base with one set of rules. Update an entry once and every channel tells the same truth.

Honest endings, not dead ends

Idle conversations close cleanly, unanswerable questions escalate with context, and every conversation lands in your console with its outcome.

Questions buyers actually ask

How long does installation take?

One script tag in your site's HTML — comparable to adding analytics. The widget loads in an isolated iframe, so it cannot conflict with your styles or scripts, and it is served in the visitor's language with your agent's name and your company's tone.

Will it slow my site down?

The loader is a small vanilla script with no framework dependencies; the widget itself lives in its own iframe and loads independently of your page. Your site renders first — the chat arrives without blocking anything.

What if a visitor asks something outside the knowledge base?

The agent says it can't confirm and offers the honest next step — escalation to your team with the conversation context, or a ticket with a summary. The unanswered question is logged as a knowledge gap so you can close it for the next visitor.

Can it match our languages and brand?

The widget chrome — greetings, placeholders, status lines — ships in your configured languages, and the agent answers in the language the visitor writes. Persona name and company are yours; the honesty rules are not negotiable.

Answers your customers can trust.

Grounded in your knowledge, honest about its limits, and handed to your team the moment it should be.
