The story

Arrival Saturday became a knowledge problem, not a phone queue.

A campsite's reception spent changeover days repeating pitch rules, pet policies, ferry directions and what each mobile home included. The line grew while arriving guests stood at the desk, and evening inquiries disappeared into voicemail.

The campsite turned those seasonal facts into approved entries with expiry dates. SayTrue answers the repeating questions on phone and chat, captures a stay inquiry when live availability is not connected, and leaves the reception team only the exceptions that require a decision.

Reception keeps control of availability and confirms every stay itself. The agent separates facts it can answer from requests the team must inspect, while the gap report reveals which seasonal rule needs a new entry or an expiry date before the next changeover day.

How the campsite sets it up

  1. Describe each stay typePitch sizes, mobile-home equipment, pet rules and arrival instructions become clear entries.
  2. Date the seasonal factsOpening periods, facilities and temporary rules expire instead of lingering into the next season.
  3. Define the availability answerConnect a read-only source when possible; otherwise capture dates and contact details for reception.
  4. Test the changeover questionsUse the questions guests ask from the road, including a fact the knowledge base does not contain.

The campsite controls both the answer and the honest boundary around availability.

What buyers in this trade ask us

Guests ask about live availability — can it answer?

Only if you feed it. Availability can arrive as dynamic entries with expiry (pushed from your system on a schedule) or through a read-only connector. Without either, the agent says it cannot confirm availability and captures the request — it does not invent a free pitch.

Our guests are mostly German and Dutch — does that work?

Languages are configured per agent with a fallback chain. Croatian and German ship with tested canned strings; other languages fall back to English gracefully. The demo call is the place to hear your language mix handled live.

What about WhatsApp? Our guests live on it.

Not covered yet, and we say so up front. Today SayTrue answers phone, web chat, Messenger and Instagram DM. If WhatsApp is your main channel, say it at the demo — it affects what we'd honestly recommend.

Is this affordable for a seasonal business?

Pricing is per deployment and discussed openly at the demo — no public price list, but also no surprise: what drives cost is channels, volume and languages, and a seasonal shape is a normal conversation, not an exception.
