Knowledge and tools Approved knowledge grounds answers; read-only GET connectors require human enablement and every lookup is logged. Agents use Knowledge, Routing and Custom Skills with authenticated connectors to systems including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk and Microsoft Dynamics.
Safety and evaluation Three explicit outcomes distinguish grounded, escalated and no-source turns. Per-agent controls address harmful content, jailbreaks and off-topic turns; automated evaluations inspect hallucinations, scope violations and PII leaks.
Human handover Working hours govern transfers and structured department tickets preserve context. Human handoff and Agent Assist are published capabilities.
Setup Bytecode guides deployment and a real test call gates go-live. The route is sales-led, then customer teams build and manage agents in Parloa Studio with a UI and AI copilot.
Pricing visibility Prices are not published; an engagement starts with a demo and pilot conversation. No pricing model is published; the pricing URL returns a not-found page and the public calls to action lead to sales demos.

Where SayTrue is different

Retrieval is an audit event. Every approved-knowledge lookup is logged and can be reviewed when an answer is disputed.

No source is a valid result. The agent can decline to answer when its approved knowledge does not support the request.

Managed configuration before daily operation. Bytecode guides setup and test-call verification, then the client team handles routine operation without technical knowledge.
